ThreadPulse auto-classifies your Gmail inbox into Priority, Pending, and Others — so you read the threads that actually need a reply, not the newsletters above them.
Four things that make ThreadPulse different from "smart" inboxes that sort once and never recover when reality changes.
New mail is classified within seconds of arriving. The panel updates the moment your inbox changes — no refresh button, no waiting, no stale view.
A thread with five replies is one row, with the latest snippet and a message count — just like Gmail's own listing. You don't see the same subject five times.
We apply Gmail labels for each bucket, so your phone, your laptop, and Gmail's own search all see the same triage. The buckets aren't trapped inside the extension.
Your own replies don't reclassify a thread. Trash a conversation in Gmail and we drop it from the panel automatically. Untrash it and we re-evaluate. Your inbox is the source of truth.
Three steps. The last two happen without any clicks after the first.
Add the Chrome extension and sign in with your Google account. You can revoke access any time from your Google account settings.
ThreadPulse looks at the same preview Gmail shows in its inbox list and decides whether the thread is Priority, Pending, or Others. Full message contents stay untouched.
Open the ThreadPulse tab next to Primary, Promotions, and Social, and scan Priority first. Pending shows what you're waiting on a reply for.
We're an indie tool, not an ad business. ThreadPulse reads only what it needs to triage your inbox, keeps your data locked down to your account, and never sells, shares, or trains AI on your email.
ThreadPulse is currently in private beta. Tell us who you are; we'll add your Google account to the approved-tester list and email you the install link when it's ready. Most approvals happen within 24 hours.
